5. Payments and Fees

LocalCrews facilitates payments between customers and service providers:

• Customers are responsible for paying agreed-upon service fees
• Disputes regarding payment must be reported within 30 days

6. Limitation of Liability

LocalCrews acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not responsible for:

Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid for the specific transaction in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users and service providers:

• Provide detailed information and evidence
• Participate in good faith mediation efforts
• Accept that LocalCrews' decision is final for platform-related disputes
